摘要: This study investigated insect bite protection and length of the with 30 repellents which were divided into 3 categories: plant oil, essential oil ethyl alcohol, tested against three mosquito species, Aedes aegypti, Anopheles minimus Culex quinquefasciatus, under laboratory conditions. The group was comprised Phlai (Zingiber cassumunar) Sweet basil (Ocimum basilicum). Both substances effective as feeding deterrents An. (205 minutes time a biting rate 0.9%), Cx. quinquefasciatus (165 0.9% rate) Ae. aegypti (90 0.8% rate). Essential from citronella grass (Cymbopogon nardus) exhibited all species: for minimus, results 130 0.9%, 140 0.8%, 115 respectively. period repellent candidates lower than Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) determined greater 2 hours.
