摘要: Background & Aims Flat- and depressed-type neoplasias along with laterally spreading tumors (LSTs) have been reported in colorectal neoplasias. We estimated the prevalence of flat depressed types LSTs their proportion among advanced a large average-risk population undergoing screening colonoscopy. Methods This was cross-sectional study performed at single, general community institution, subjects who were 40 to 79 years old, asymptomatic, had undergone first colonoscopy for between 2003 2009 (n = 4910). Among detected, morphologically classified as polypoid type, or LST. determined each type neoplasias, morphologies defined according Japanese endoscopic classification. Results Advanced detected 7.9% men, 4.7% women, 6.1% overall subjects. The types, accounted 75.3%, 7.5%, 17.2% neoplasia, respectively. There high T1 cancers (40%).
