摘要: Obsolescence, defined as the process of declining performance buildings, is a serious threat for value, usefulness and life span built properties. Thomsen van der Flier (2011) developed model in which obsolescence categorised on basis two distinctions, i.e. between endogenous exogenous cause-effect relationships physical behavioural relationships. In this way, presents classification underlying factors obsolescence. However, these factors, more specifically relations, are still black box. paper, box further disclosed by tracking back processes, resulting series prototypes detailed hypothetic mechanisms. Applied to adapted model, results initially tested an iconic chocolate factory. Conclusions drawn about generally usability development model.
