摘要: Obsolescence is a serious threat for built property. As an often used demolition motive, obsolescence can be regarded as the last phase of life span buildings. From sustainable viewpoint, cycle extension necessary to minimize waste. But there are more considerations carefully maintain existing stock. Knowledge about prevention, diagnosis and treatment therefor growing importance. In previous research publications we combined available knowledge in conceptual model further on appliance decision making demolition. Since evidence based theoretical references scarce rare, has inevitably explorative character. next step our research, this paper describes outcomes series case studies test develop model.
