摘要: Abstract Xerogels in the CaOAl2O3SiO2 system were prepared by hydrolysis and polycondensation reactions of metal alkoxides. The parameters governing homogeneous gelation whole range compositions determined. structural evolution gels as a function temperature was studied DTA, X-ray diffraction infra-red spectroscopy. For gel-glass transformation, densification followed hot-pressing given composition. Bloating partially densified samples observed dilatometry scanning electron microscopy.
