摘要: In this contribution, recent developments in the design and development of a novel compact smart radar for visually impaired blind users are described. Starting from previous studies according to specific user requirements, new antenna (dimensions: 54mm × 8.4mm 1.44mm) an integrated Tx/Rx circuit board, working 24–26 GHz frequency band, have been designed; aim these improvements is twofold: miniaturization whole system allowing its integration onto traditional white cane drastic reduction dimensions, weight final costs by using existing available technologies.
