Complex of shikonin and β-cyclodextrins by using supercritical carbon dioxide

摘要: In this work, the complex of shikonin-methyl-β-cyclodextrin and shikonin-2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin were studied in supercritical carbon dioxide (sc CO2) at moderate pressure temperature much lower than melting point shikonin. For comparing, was also prepared by sealed heating method. Complex efficiency between shikonin 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HPBCD) quite low. Partly formation shikonin—methyl-β-cyclodextrin (MBCD) obtained Complete shikonin—MBCD sc CO2 media short reaction time. This complexation accelerated enhanced rise both up to 100 °C 100 bar. The physical state cyclodextrins has remarkable influence on complex. aqueous solubility could be about 75 times complexing with MBCD. (SK). SK SK—methyl-β-cyclodextrin SK—MBCD pressure.
