摘要: Background. The diagnosis of breast cancer based on nipple discharge, often the only clinical manifestation early cancer, is currently unsatisfactory. Because M subunits lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) have been noted to increase in tissue, author assessed value using LDH isozyme patterns discharge for cancer. Methods. levels (1) patients diagnosed as having intraductal papilloma, mastopathy, drug-induced mastitis, or benign discharge; (2) control samples normal (milk) 6 days, 1–5 months, and months 2 years postpartum; (3) serum presenting with (4) cancerous tissue extracts were measured a Ciba-Corning system (Ciba Corning Diagnostic Corp., Tokyo, Japan). Results. diseases displayed various patterns. Levels including noninvasive carcinoma, tended ascending order from LDH1 LDH5. This pattern was similar that unrelated serum. Conclusion. assay may be useful technique providing supporting cancer.
