摘要: Forty years ago,Pneumocystis carinii was identified by Czech researchersJ. Vaněk andO. Jirovec as the causative agent of interstitial plasma cell pneumonia in infants. At present, it is commonest pulmonary pathogen AIDS patients. This review summarizes experience and latest data on etiopathogenesis, pathology, clinical presentation, diagnosis therapy ofP. pneumonia.
