摘要: Background Acinetobacter baumannii has emerged as an important pathogen of nosocomial infection. The aim this study was to evaluate the predictors poor outcome in surgical patients with A bacteremia. Methods We retrospectively recruited a total 50 who developed bacteremia within 2 weeks after surgery during 113-month period. primary for all-cause 14-day mortality. Clinical and laboratory data, antimicrobial susceptibility, treatment, Sequential Organ Failure Assessment (SOFA) score were evaluated possible outcome. Results mortality 20% there no association between type SOFA only independent predictor adjustment other variables. calibration acceptable (Hosmer-Lemeshow χ = 3.65, p = 0.72) discrimination good (area under receiver operating characteristic curve: 0.80 ± 0.07, 95% confidence interval, 0.67–0.94). found that ≥7 significant Conclusions assessed at onset is reliable tool predicting
