摘要: Abstract In recent years, much attention is focused on silver nanoparticles for biomedical applications and then synthesis using plant procedure has drawn a great focus. the current study were synthesized oil cake of Sesamumindicum, which been used traditionally several therapeutic purposes. Silver (NPs) synthesizedin presence sesame cake. The facilitated biosynthesis (SCAgNPs). SCAgNPs subjected to studies UV-Visspectroscopy, FTIR, XRD, TEM, EDS particle characteristics confirmed. was tested antimicrobial activity disk diffusion method. antitumor also usingbreast cancer cell lines (MCF-7). TEM result revealed spherical shape with diameter ranging from 6.6 nm 14.8 nm. Presence elemental in prepared confirmed by EDS. Further cytotoxicity done two different concentrations (2.5 7.5 μg/mL) human breastcancer line (MCF-7 cells). Initially, 2.5 μg/mL dose treatment showed viable cells region 72.02%, apoptosis 11.81%; late 15.18% necrosis 1.20%. Interestingly, 7.5 μg/mL exhibited substantial cytotoxic effects, 56.97%, 7.42%, 31.19% 4.85%. control, 73.72%, 10.82%, 14.54% 1.58%. minimum inhibitory concentration (0.5 μg/mL), P. aeruginosa (27853), K. pneumoniae (70063), E. coli (25922). good antibacterial activity. Hence it's first report spell out effect AgNPs origin.
