摘要: Abstract Purpose. The purpose of this study is to characterize the surface activity a water-soluble compound and its ability form aggregates/micelles. Methods. Aqueous solutions were prepared at various concentrations. Surface tension was determined using drop volume Wilhelmy plate methods. Moreover, conductivity osmolality measurements aqueous also Results. Even though appeared be active, no change in slope found either molar (S cm2/mol) versus square root concentration (R2  =  0.994) or (mOsm/kg)  0.999). clear critical micelle observed when plotted log concentration. This shows importance characterizing surface-active compounds multiple techniques. work emphasizes determining whether due compound, impurities both.
