摘要: Thin films of CdSe and silver (Ag)-doped have been prepared on glass substrates by thermal evaporation in argon gas atmosphere. X-ray diffraction pattern indicates the presence hexagonal structure with preferred orientation along (100) plane. Elemental composition thin has analyzed using energy dispersive analysis. Scanning electron microscopy used to investigate morphology films. Transmission microscope reveals spherical nature nanoparticles. A decrease band gap due formation tails increase Ag doping lattice observed. Photoluminescence spectra indicate redshift edge emission peak CdSe. Electrical conductivity measurements are also studied, two types conduction mechanisms taking part transport phenomena Hall n-type behavior undoped Ag-doped
