Xylitol affects specifically growth metabolism streptococci. The aim this study was determine fluoride, sorbitol from in vitro. A disintegration apparatus test dissolution tablets containing NaF resp. 0.25 mg F, 160 150 pacifiers. Six agitated simultaneously with standardised pump movement, 30 strokes/min, 15 ml normal saline +37 degrees C for 2, 5, 10, 20, 40, 60 90 min. released determined 1 samples which Tisab added using combined F-ion electrode. analyzed an ion chromatograph pulsed-amperometric detector. linear slow could be observed After 2700 strokes residual suction chambers (vol. approximately 0.4 ml) equally analyzed, where all 3 ingredients still detected.
