摘要: Metallosis and metal-induced synovitis are well-recognized complications of metal-backed polyethylene joint prostheses have been frequently described in the orthopedic surgery literature; however, relatively fewer articles discussing radiologic aspects this complication published.  To illustrate importance findings diagnosis management these patients, we present a case metallosis complicating two revisions total knee arthroplasty, caused by liner wear dissociation from patellar prosthesis.  Specific attention is given to reviewing signs that aid diagnosis, such as "bubble sign," "cloud "metal-line signs."
