摘要: A description is given of the CAzM (circuit analyzer with macromodeling) analog circuit simulator. The simulator characterized by device independence, modern numerical techniques, and a modular software architecture, as well compatibility other simulators (such SPICE), library models, an excellent user interface. techniques table-based evaluations greatly improve stability speed over older without compromising accuracy. Semiconductor devices are modeled in tables containing charge current information. Specific features include use time integration method which highly stable permits automatic time-step adjustment.
