摘要: Abstract Ni doped BiFeO 3 ( x =0, 0.05, 0.1 and 0.15) nanocrystalline ceramics were synthesized by the solution combustion method (SCM) to obtain optimal multiferroic properties. The effect of doping on structural, morphological, ferroelectric, magnetic dielectric properties was studied. structural investigations using X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern confirmed that BiFe 1− O have rhombhohedral perovskite structure. ferroelectric hysteresis measurements for 0.1, compound at room temperature found exhibit unsaturated behavior presents partial reversal polarization. demonstrated an enhancement ferromagnetic property due in when compared with undoped . variation constant 0.9 0.85 0.15 samples evidenced apparent anomaly around 350 °C 300 °C which corresponds antiferromagnetic paramagnetic phase transition T N ) dependence frequency signifies both e loss (tan  δ are strong function frequency. results show leads synthesis excellent reproducible ceramics.
