摘要: Abstract Multiferroic Bi 1− x La FeO 3 (BLFO, = 0, 0.15, 0.3, 0.4) powders were for the first time synthesized by a novel sol–gel-hydrothermal route. The as-prepared samples characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy. XRD results indicated that pure BLFO crystallites could be obtained ≤ 0.3, phase purity was sensitive to concentration of mineralizer. SEM revealed morphology dimension microspheres submicrotiles effectively controlled varying KOH concentrations. formation mechanism crystalline also discussed.
