摘要: SUMMARY Cellular DNA in skin biopsies from eighteen patients with positive patch tests and eleven benign lymphocytic infiltates (cutaneous lymphocytoma, lymphoplasia or Jessner's lymphotic infiltrate) was estimated by flow cytometry of propidium iodide-stained dermal cells. Specimens three one cutaneous lymphocytoma had histograms similar to those normal blood mononuclear cells. The remaining demonstrated histogram abnormalities the form hyperdiploid peaks forty-two forty-five specimens. proportion cells S-phase (median:9.2%) infiltrates (median: 9.6%). median number G2/M-phase 3.1% both groups disorders. These data indicate content heterogeneity infiltrates. This may be attributed replication and/or chromatin dispersion during cellular activation proliferation. also emphasize that are not necessarily indicative presence separate cell clones.
