摘要: Abstract Coarse-grained Al 2 O 3 powder was homogeneously sputter coated with a thin nickel or platinum film and in part subsequently ion beam mixed by 60 keV Ar + bombardment. The sintering behaviour of the powders as compared untreated samples determined. rate is almost unchanged for nickel-coated powders, while coating decreases when treated at same temperature. magnetic properties electrical conductivity sintered well catalytic respect to NO CO conversion were additionally measured. They show certain conductivity, i . e “bulk-metallized” ceramic material can be prepared. Furthermore, system treatment described.
