摘要: Fourteen experienced nurses participated in an explorative study aimed at describing the experiential aspects of moral decision making psychiatric nursing practice. In-depth interviews were conducted according to grounded theory method. These transcribed, coded and categorized order generate conceptual categories. The concept benevolence was identified as a central motivating factor nurses' own accounts situations which decisions made on behalf patient. This seems conceptualize expressed aim do that is 'good' for patient responding his or her vulnerability. indicates need further research into subjective, aspect ethical from contextual perspective.
