摘要: One hundred and tree male female lambs, pure Santa Ines (SS) crosses between Texel (TS), Ile de France (FS) Bergamacia (BS), were used. They confined in individual cages. The lambs slaughtered at four weights: 15.0, 25.0, 35.0 45.0 kg live weight. After slaughter cooling of the carcasses, following cuts made: neck (PP), rib/flank (PCF), rack (PC), loin (PL), shoulder (PPA) leg (PPE), these last two without arms. Necks practically did not vary with increase weights. TS FS smaller, compared to SS BS most studied Shoulders also weights a tendency decrease. At 45 kg, presented greater PPA relation lambs. In other weights, pratically there no considerable differences genetic groups. Rib/flanks increased and, higher showed proportions. For CP, was difference among females, however, 35 PCF smaller than males. Loins tended but detected animals 15.0 Among groups for PL. Legs decreased weight, obtained better PPE
