摘要: The aim of this study was to detect the role some mosquito organs in their sensation repellent materials. A total 250 females (15 days old) target species Aedes aegypti and Anopheles stephensi were prepared divided into five groups: group 1, without antenna; 2, maxillary bulbs; 3, proboscis; 4, frontal tarsus; 5, normal as control. mixture oils containing Litsea cubeba 1%, Melaleuca leucadendron quinquenervia Viola odorata Nepeta cataria 1% included a complex solvent 20% genapol, 10% polyethylene glycol, ethanol, 50% water. Furthermore, Bayrepel used experiment at concentration same solvent. Pure water control study. test carried out by spreading 100 μl material or on 30-cm2 exposure area human volunteer’s arm. In A. aegypti, biting landing percentages increased significantly those groups that lacked (especially bulbs), while stephensi, it became not clear which organ is responsible for perception repellents.
