Scheme and Error Analysis of Generatrix Straightness Measurement for Deep Holes with EST

摘要: A simple scheme with low cost and high precision to measure the straightness of deep holes' generatrices was proposed. Based on principle EST, surface hole adopted as base measurement, instead guideways which are generally used. At same time, example three point method, mathematical expression measurement uncertainty deducted, a simplified way judge its feasibility given. The presented can effectively solve problem generatrix for holes.
