摘要: In the early theoretical investigations [1–4] of Integral Quantum Hall Effect (IQHE) [5,6], it was recognized that observed plateaus quantized conductance should be explainable from two-dimensional, free electron gas subject to a constant magnetic background field and random impurity potential. The concept localization due randomness turned out essential in explanation width plateaus, as well precision quantization [7].
