摘要: Abstract A new surface modification method for LaNi 5 hydrogen storage alloys is presented. The consists of copper coating on the alloy surface. CuSO 4 solution used as reagent and HF catalyst. With help HF, oxide film removed easier to deposit. optimal amount 0.25/200 ml 3–5 wt.%. Compared with unmodified alloy, modified show improved electrochemical performance such superior high rate discharge-ability, better charge acceptance ability, longer cycle life. EIS results reveal decreased contact resistances transfer alloys, which indicates electronic conductivity activity after modification. employed in our study has many advantages low cost simple process, points an effective way improving performances alloys.
