摘要: Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) is an important detection technique for biosensors. In the field of immunosensors, and particularly pathogen detection, it one preferred electrochemical techniques because does away with use enzyme labels or redox mediators. This chapter provides introduction to fundamentals EIS basic data analysis, emphasis on most common features found in immunosensors possible experimental limitations.
