摘要: Coherent electron propagation is discussed for a class of nanostructures in which 'T' arrangement quasi-linear conductors has closed cavity element at the bottom T and electrons are transmitted between ends bar. It proposed that resonant transmission effects will occur when from upright into bar made weak, by constriction or gate potential. The properties investigated analytically terms S matrix structure, resonance found. >
