摘要: Coherent electron propagation is discussed for a class of nanostructures in which 'T' arrangement quasi-linear conductors has closed cavity element at the bottom T and electrons are transmitted between ends bar. It proposed that resonant transmission effects will occur when from upright into bar made weak, by constriction or gate potential.
