摘要: Abstract The concept of vulnerability is now deeply embedded in English drug policy, influential governing practices such as prevention and treatment activity but yet to be subject critical scrutiny. In this article, we offer an appraisal the zeitgeist contemporary drawing upon insights from similar endeavours across a range policy areas consider underlying assumptions various effects conceptual logic. Using approach analysis which supports questioning deep-seated implications particular representations ‘problems’ social policies (often referred ‘What’s Problem?’ [WPR] approach, Bacchi & Goodwin, 2016), analyse 2017 Drug Strategy facilitate close perspective on texture governance relation people who use drugs England.
