摘要: The surgical treatment of flatfoot deformity has evolved during the past three decades. Soft tissue procedures alone fail to reestablish anatomic bony alignment, and provide dynamic support arch. goal any procedure is inherently stable configuration with adequate soft balance (tendon transfer) maintain stability in situation. Therefore, a combination procedures, such as combined calcaneal displacement osteotomies and/or lateral column lengthening, may optimal results. focus this review role correction adult acquired deformity.
