摘要: Bile salts and phospholipids from bile of chicken, dog, sheep, rat, ox, pig, guinea-pig man were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography. showed marked differences in their hydrophilic properties, owing to hydroxyl structure type conjugation. Phospholipids generally similar, containing 90-95% phosphatidylcholine which was made molecular species palmitic acid the sn-1 position. The comparative analysis phosphatidylcholines profile demonstrated that hydrophilicity influences quantity but not quality.
