摘要: Essential fatty acids were estimated in plasma, red blood cells and liver total phospholipids rats, mice, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits humans. There large species differences, suggesting that different levels should be borne mind when choosing an animal for a particular study. The 2 most susceptible to atheroma, the pig rabbit, had very high of linoleic acid low metabolites. n−3 pigs ratio n−6 also was rat. Mice hamsters highest levels, they may best use studies on roles essential acids. and, some respect closest humans their patterns.
