摘要: BACKGROUND The purpose of this descriptive secondary analysis qualitative data was to gain insights into the role and opportunities reflective observer in high-fidelity patient simulation (HFPS). Although value HFPS nursing education has been documented, may not be used its potential. METHOD This a broader study included interviews those roles (N = 23). content address research questions related role. RESULTS Three themes emerged using for self-assessment, peer review debriefing, team-focused learning. CONCLUSION Implications education, including orienting all participants opportunities, are addressed. Further important both individual team learning is indicated.
