Nursing students motivations and satisfaction, Do the motivation and satisfaction of nursing students change during their study years?

摘要: Background: Study the level of nursing students` motivations and satisfaction may help policy makers to develop training plans improve graduates skills commitment. This study was conducted investigate students' during years at Ahvaz Jundishapur University medical sciences. Methods: It a cross-sectional explore 197 viewpoints about their fields. A validated reliable self-made questionnaire developed used. Data analysis carried out by descriptive statistics, variance (ANOVA) t-test using SPSS software (version 16). Results: The findings showed that most crucial motivation factors select course were “job security” “interest in science” with means 3.94 3.68 respectively. mean score students under average (2.75). There significant difference between scores first last year (respectively, 3.69 vs. 2.90 p=0.0001). Conclusion: Level get reduces after university entrance gradually.
