Comparison of nursing students' and clinical nurses' attitude toward the nursing profession.

摘要: Background: To develop nursing education and promote strategies, there is a need for staff with positive attitude. The present study was conducted to compare the attitudes among clinical nurses students toward profession. Materials Methods: In this descriptive study, 313 81 (total n = 394) of Tehran, Iran, were selected through systematic sampling method their viewpoints investigated using professional attitude questionnaire. Results: findings showed that 72.6% 65.4% had profession, despite high percentage nurses’ outlook, difference not statistically significant ( P > 0.05). Conclusion: results approximately one-third practitioners neutral or negative occupation. Due serious effect one’s commitment service, it necessary have further studies about current situation eliminate such factors. Key words: Attitude, nurses, students, occupation
