摘要: The urgent need for new antibiotics has led to an explosion in the number and diversity of antibiotic drug targets under investigation. majority such are enzymes required essential cellular functions. Often, novel completely unexploited therapy therefore have advantage avoiding current resistance mechanisms. In general, most advanced drawn from processes where existing antibacterial compound validated that process therapy. This review describes a more promising development.
