摘要: The aims of the present paper are twofold. First, it analyses applicability 10% interconnection indicator with respect to medium/long term security supply and market integration: Does accurately consider SOS situation Member States? reflect level integration neighbouring States/regions? Second, estimates effect full compliance target on EU wide CO2 emissions by 2020. We find that rule at improving both position countries fails do so. It disregards factors affect (availability generating capacities load) criterion misses analysis i.e. focusing instead borders.
