摘要: The paper analyses the complex welfare impacts of proposed transmission investments in Central Eastern Europe (CEE) region with application EEMM electricity model. This assessment is made at regional level, as new lines have significant spill-over effects over third countries. We carry out a cost-benefit (CBA) focused on CEE and demonstrate, that model suitable tool to such assessment. Using simplified analysis - limited by available information projects we mimic process identifying those increase most. Our results indicate infrastructure elements cause asymmetric wealth redistribution among group stakeholders between countries well. Interactions planned line developments must be identified, they could significantly change benefits connecting interlinked markets.
