摘要: Sophora flavescens Ait., a well-known Chinese herbal medicine, is widely used in clinical practice for the treatment of viral hepatitis, cancer, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, and skin diseases. This paper first report on method based combined use high-performance liquid chromatography, photodiode array detection, electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry comprehensive systematic separation characterization bioactive alkaloids Ait. A total 22 constituents were identified basis extracted ion chromatograms different [M+H](+) ions present S. Among these, 5 unambiguously by comparing experimental data their retention times MS(n) spectra with those authentic compounds, 17 other tentatively fragmentation behaviors and/or molecular weight information from literatures. Furthermore, some characteristic pathways detected examined. may be useful characterizing possible applications formulations.
