摘要: Abstract In vivo experiments in mice demonstrated that 5% CO2 content the air inhaled did not change labelling autoradiograms from animals injected with [3H]uridine, [3H]orotic acid, [3H]hypoxanthine, [3H]lysine or [3H]cytidine. At 20% there was a significant decrease of brain cells [3H]uridine and [3H]cytidine, but following [3H]lysine; no nerve acid control group included. The choroid plexus hepatocytes independent concentration. A comparison vitro at showed similar It is concluded metabolic most appropriate explanation effect.
