摘要: The extraction of red pigment and conductive matters from individual beet tissue slices following pulsed electric field pretreatment different durations was compared with a two dimensional bimodal Fickian diffusion model. process appeared to be governed by apparent coefficients, one slow fast. values these coefficients were independent the duration treatment, but yield associated each coefficient varied.
