摘要: Ti-Ni shape memory alloy thin films were formed by sputtering using a target. The thickness of the was 7.6 μm. have been subjected to several types heat-treatments in order investigate effect heat-treatment on transformation temperatures and behavior associated with R-phase martensitic transformations, respectively. investigated measuring strain change transformations respectively during cooling heating under constant stress. All these showed perfect recovery upon heating. stress vs. temperature relationship for each film linear, indicating Clausius-Clapeyron relationship. Heat-treatment found be effective vary deformation behavior.
