摘要: The paper deals with the electromagnetic theory of longitudinal and normal incidence polar magnetooptical Kerr effects (MOKE) in sandwich structures consisting a magnetic film on thick substrate separated by nonmagnetic spacer. These are employed fundamental studies exchange coupling, tunnel magnetoresistance, spin polarized current, etc., as well design magnetoelectronic devices,e.g., random access memories. results expressed terms Jones reflection matrix.
