摘要: We consider the interaction of a polarized electromagnetic wave in magnetically ordered crystal plate surrounded by an isotropic ambient at normal incidence. The crystalline medium is specified general non-symmetric permittivity tensor. results are expressed terms transmission and reflection matrices which relate electric fields incident to those transmitted reflected waves. Their applications illustrated examples magnetized interface, cubic parallel interface orthorhombic along axis interface. effect from interfaces interference included. paper treats between absorbing magnetic small non-zero angles matrix applied determination magneto-optical effects quadratic magnetization.
