摘要: Electric vehicle (EV) becomes a popular choice for its zero air pollutant and high energy efficiency. Nevertheless, the massive penetration of EVs can cause problems, including voltage drop peak amplification. The charging pattern also poses challenge to reconfiguration work power system when failure occurs. Therefore, an EV schedule-control-based strategy is designed address these issues in order achieve regulation load shifting under both normal operation scenarios. framework involves two agents: 1) two-stage control agent schedules perform condition 2) fault deals with line scenarios recover supply out-of-service basic loads. A three-level queue table mechanism collaboratively scheduling. influence locations on variations other nodes considered alleviated through sensitivity analysis method. Moreover, graph theory employed network process deal situations. effectiveness scheme restore while maintaining reliable level has been verified simulation results based modified IEEE 30 test feeder.
