摘要: Abstract Thermal stability of piezo-/ferro-electric properties ferroelectrics is important for the devices working at elevated temperature. A study on thermal will be greatly helpful future applications. In this work, behaviors electrical were studied in Mn-doped Pb(In1/2Nb1/2)O3-PbTiO3 (PINT) ceramics. The ferroelectric hysteresis loops samples change anomalously with increasing temperature compared virgin sample. Remnant polarization PINT ceramics high manganese content (x ≥ 0.04) exhibits increase trend as increasing, leading to a negative electrocaloric effect which was reported beneficial improving cooling efficiency. For ceramics, reduction rate coercive field reaches relatively low value 3%, indicating outstanding ability depolarization resistance. proper dopant concentration show improved aging resistance and piezoelectric property after annealed. Out-of-plane domain configurations different features room temperatures.
