摘要: Abstract Aim Studies analysing the outcome after resection of low rectal cancer that has not infiltrated anal sphincter reveal poorer long-term outcomes abdominoperineal resections (APR) in comparison with anterior (LAR). Further, a relationship between frequency APR and LAR for hospital volume is known. Our aim was to investigate independent impact type on oncological cancer. Method In prospective multi-centre observational study 1557 patients undergoing or APR, were analysed their dependence procedure. Results Univariate analysis revealed had higher local recurrence rate ( p  = 0.022) shorter disease-free survival  = 0.060). With regard survival, no be found  = 0.201). The significantly associated Conclusion surgical treatment major outcome. procedure does affect but disease free survival.
