摘要: Purpose – The aim of this piece research was to detail the scope and nature sectarianism as experienced by employees, managers those with trade union responsibilities, in Northern Ireland workplace.Design/methodology/approach Four large organizations, two from private public sector, were recruited take part qualitative study. In‐depth interviews carried out personnel.
