摘要: Purification of high-purity compounds from traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs) plays an important role in investigating their bioactivity. Nevertheless, it is often quite difficult to isolate with high purity because the complexity TCMs chemical composition. In this work, a two-dimensional preparation method was successfully developed for stem Lonicera japonica Thunb, based on two novel polar copolymerized RP stationary phases, XAqua C3 and C18. An prep column used separate sample first-dimensional preparation, 14 g fractionated into eight fractions recovery 82%. C18 selected prepare second-dimensional its good orthogonality phase. As result, major were isolated more than 99% purity. This potent realize efficient purification L. Thunb shows great potential separation complex samples.
