摘要: Alterations in the composition of commensal microbiota (dysbiosis) seem to be a pathogenic component functional gastrointestinal disorders, mainly irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and might participate secretomotor sensory alterations observed these patients.We determined if state antibiotics-induced intestinal dysbiosis is able modify colonic pain-related motor responses characterized neuro-immune mechanisms implicated mice. A 2-week antibiotics treatment induced (increments Bacteroides spp, Clostridium coccoides Lactobacillus spp reduction Bifidobacterium spp). Bacterial adherence was not affected. Dysbiosis associated with increased levels secretory-IgA, up-regulation antimicrobial lectin RegIIIγ, toll-like receptors (TLR) 4 7 down-regulation antimicrobial-peptide Resistin-Like Molecule-β TLR5.
